This service is offered to owner or lessee occupied customers in Davidson County and parts of Sumner, Wilson, Rutherford, Williamson and Cheatham Counties. EverClean will visit your home or office up to 3 times within 12 months from your original service date to remove accidental carpet stains. This service includes stains resulting from but not limited to juice, wine, ink, wax, oil, coffee, or deep soiling. The stain removal service covers up to 3 stains per visit, each within an area of 1 foot circumference or less. EverClean’s free stain removal service excludes stains resulting from urine, blood and other substances from a living organism. The carpet stains must have occurred after your original service date.
